TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Burns Bay Dance Studios (BBDS) is divided into four terms (term duration may vary). Fees are charged each term (not each week) and are payable by the end of Week 2 of the term. Multiple Class Discounts will only be applied on invoices paid before Week 6 of the term. If invoices are paid after week 6 with the discount applied an invoice equivalent to that discount will be sent out. BBDS has no refund policy for missed classes but there is an opportunity to attend make up classes. Please note that dance is a physical activity and a degree of contact between teacher and student is often required for either demonstration or correction. Dancing is a strenuous activity from which injuries may arise. BBDS and its teachers are not liable for personal injuries, loss of or damage to personal property. All intellectual property and materials remain the property of BBDS. I/We agree that BBDS can publish, use photos of my/our child/ren for advertising or publicity purposes. I have read and understand the conditions of enrolment at Burns Bay Dance Studios set above and give permission for my child to take part at Burns Bay Dance Studios
